F/F-08 series cast iron valves are equipped with electronic drive control devices to regulate the flow of cold and hot water. The liquid control of central air conditioning, heating, water treatment, industrial processing industries and other systems is widely used.

Operation

The analog drive is driven by a reversible synchronous motor that drives the valve stem up or down. When the valve is fully open or fully closed, a reaction is generated to the drive to disable the internal micro switch of the drive: the drive stops working. According to the input signal, the driver can open the corresponding opening of the valve: and can stably stop at this opening. Switching actuators enable the motor to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise

installation

1. Unscrew the retaining nut above the valve body and remove the connecting plate on the drive.
2. After placing the drive vertically into the valve connection neck, tighten the fixing nut.
3. Adjust the manual knob above the drive so that the drive connecting rod is connected to the valve stem head.
4. Use the splint to clamp the connecting rod and the stem, and use the inner six. The corner nut is fixed.

Warnings and precautions

 When repairing the drive, the power must be turned off to prevent damage to the mechanism or cause leakage to death.
• Do not attempt to connect or remove the cord when the power is connected.
• The drive must be protected against water leaks that can damage internal components and motors.
• The drive must not be covered by insulation.
