Product introduction
The static flow balancing valve is used in the hydraulic system 3 which precisely balances the flow of each branch or every other end of the system.
The balance of the waterway system is the prerequisite for ensuring that the system operates correctly according to the design conditions. Only under this premise can the system provide maximum thermal comfort and minimize energy consumption.
The threaded connection type balance valve body uses a Venturi flowmeter inside, which makes the flow adjustment more precise and flow monitoring easier.
Working principle and product advantages
The flow balance valve is used to regulate the flow of media through the interior of its body. By rotating the adjustment valve handle, the valve stem of the balance valve moves up and down, adjusting the flow path and changing the flow curve characteristics. The pressure detection port on the balance valve body is used to measure the pressure difference, and the flow rate can be detected and adjusted according to the pressure difference.

Adjust the scale display:
Rotating the handle 360° is an adjustment scale that adjusts the scale from 0 (full off) to 5 (full on). The micrometer scale on the handle is decimal, which allows finer adjustment of the flow rate at the same adjustment scale.
