Soft Sealed Gate Valve
Soft seal gate valve
Overview
The general gate valves used in the market have been leaking or rusting for a long time. The company introduced soft sealing gate valves produced by European high-tech rubber and valve manufacturing technology, which overcomes the poor sealing of general gate valves, elastic fatigue, rubber aging and rust. With the defects, the soft sealing gate valve uses the elastic valve plate to produce a slight elastic deformation to achieve a good sealing effect. The valve has the advantages of light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life. It can be widely used as a regulating and intercepting device on fluid pipelines such as tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, textile, electric power, shipbuilding, metallurgy, and energy systems.
Characteristics
Light weight: The body is made of high-grade ductile iron, which is about 20%-30% lighter than traditional gate valves, and is easy to install and maintain.
Leather bottom valve seat: The traditional gate valve is often deposited in the groove of the valve bottom due to foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, iron filings and debris after the water is washed. It is easy to close and form a water leakage phenomenon. The bottom of the soft sealing gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris accumulation, so that the fluid is unobstructed.
Integral encapsulation: The valve is made of high-quality rubber for the whole inner and outer rubber. The first-class rubber vulcanization technology in Europe enables the vulcanized valve to ensure precise geometrical dimensions, and the rubber and ductile iron valves are securely fastened, not easy to fall off and have good elastic memory.
Precision cast body: The valve body is precision cast, and the precise geometry allows the valve body to be sealed without any finishing.
Embedded copper nut: The copper nut and the soft sealing valve are embedded and joined together to make them tightly integrated. It does not cause looseness or damage due to vibration caused by water flow.
Corrosion resistance: The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body and can be used in sewage systems.
Not easy to break: In the past, transmission cast iron gate valves often caused damage due to foreign objects hitting, collision or heavy pressure. Since the body is changed to ductile iron, this situation can be greatly reduced.
Three "O" ring seals: Due to the three "O" ring seal design, the valve stem can reduce the frictional resistance during opening and closing, greatly reduce the leakage phenomenon and replace the seal ring without stopping the water.
Helps to drink raw: Since the inside of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, the inner and outer surfaces of the valve are completely covered with rubber without rust water or corrosion, which can be used for raw drinks.
